The Dengue IgM/IgG Rapid Test Kit (Colloidal Gold Method) is a lateral flow immunoassay assay designed for qualitative detection of dengue IgM/IgG in human serum, plasma, or whole blood as an aid in the diagnosis of primary and secondary Dengue infections. The operation steps are simple and test results are interpreted visually at 15-20 minutes based on the presence or absence of visually colored lines. The diagnosis can be achieved within 3-5 days after infection, which is of great significance for prognosis and targeted treatment.
1. Specimen: Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma.
2. Specimen collection: Specimens of all types are collected by conventional methods.
3. Test method:
3.1 Hold the dropper vertically, draw the specimen up to the Fill Line (approximately 10 µL), and transfer the specimen to the specimen well (S) of the test device, then add 2 drops of buffer (approximately 80 µL) and start the timer. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well (S).
3.2 Wait for the reddish-purple line(s) to appear. The test result should be read at between 15 and 20 minutes. Result may be read up to 30 minutes.
