In the specially designed Lysis Buffer, viruses in the specimen release their nucleic acids, which are then specifically captured by MagaBio Reagent within the solution. Through a washing process, contaminants on the surface of the MagaBio Reagent are removed, and finally, under the action of an Elution Buffer, the nucleic acids are detached from the MagaBio Reagent and collected for preservation.
Simple and Fast: The procedure is straightforward, completing the purification of various sample types within 14–24 minutes.
Automated and High-Throughput: When used with a nucleic acid extraction instrument, the process can be automated for high-throughput operations, allowing for the simultaneous extraction of 1 to 96 samples with a single button press.
Versatile: Capable of extracting nucleic acids from complex, high-protein samples like whole blood and feces, as well as simpler samples like plasma and serum.
High Sensitivity: The extraction method demonstrates high sensitivity for both DNA and RNA, validated by standards for accuracy.
