PCR plate is a popular laboratory disposable consumable widely used in applications related to medicine, genetics, immunity, biochemistry, and other fields for cloning, nucleic acid sequence analysis, the diagnosis of diseases, or any research with DNA or RNA. All PCR plates are “PCR Performance Tested”certified and guaranteed, DNase/RNase-free and free from PCR inhibitors. The material is mainly polypropylene (PP), which can better adapt to the PCR reaction. The plate is in line with the SBS international standard, and can be adapted to the different PCR manufacturers. According to the skirt design, it can be divided into three types: no skirt, semi-skirt and full skirt.

PCR plates can divided into two types: clear and white colors, and if you use an instrument that reads the fluorescent signal at the top, the white PCR plate works better than the clear PCR plate. White PCR plates can effectively prevent interwell signal interference. In addition, the white PCR plate can more effectively read the fluorescence value of low signal, reduce the interference of background fluorescence, and have better stability. For the instrument that reads the fluorescence signal at the bottom, select the clear PCR plate.
