Respiratory Tract Infections Diseases

Streptococcus Pneumoniae and Haemophilus Influenzae Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

Streptococcus Pneumoniae and Haemophilus Influenzae Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae are major bacterial pathogens associated with respiratory infections, including pneumonia, meningitis, and otitis media. Both can cause severe and invasive diseases, particularly in young children, the elderly, and immunocompromised individuals.

Adenovirus and Type 3, 4, 7 Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (fluorescent PCR)

Adenovirus and Type 3, 4, 7 Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (fluorescent PCR)

Adenovirus types 3, 4, and 7 are common respiratory pathogens that can cause fever, sore throat, cough, conjunctivitis, and, in severe cases, pneumonia or bronchitis. These highly contagious viruses spread through respiratory droplets, direct contact, or contaminated surfaces and may cause outbreaks in crowded settings.

Group A Streptococcus Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

Group A Streptococcus Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

Group A Streptococcus (GAS), also known as Streptococcus pyogenes, is a Gram-positive bacterium responsible for a wide range of diseases in humans. It is commonly found in the throat and on the skin and can cause both mild infections, such as pharyngitis (strep throat) and impetigo, as well as more severe illnesses, including scarlet fever, rheumatic fever, and invasive infections like necrotizing fasciitis.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB) PCR Fluorescence Quantitative Kit

Mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB) PCR Fluorescence Quantitative Kit

The Mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB) PCR Fluorescence Quantitative Kit is designed for quantitative detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis nucleic acids using real-time PCR technology for research use. The kit includes a nucleic acid extraction buffer that enables rapid DNA extraction directly from sputum samples. Alternatively, nucleic acids can be purified using the MagaBio Bacterial DNA Purification Kit.

COVID-19 Antigen Test Kit (colloidal gold method)

COVID-19 Antigen Test Kit (colloidal gold method)

The COVID-19 Antigen Test Kit (colloidal gold method) is a lateral flow immunoassay for qualitative detection of antigen from SARS-CoV-2 in human nasopharyngeal swabs & oropharyngeal swabs from individuals who are suspected of COVID-19. The operation steps are simple and test results are interpreted visually at 15-20 minutes based on the presence or absence of visually colored lines. The diagnosis can be achieved within 1-7 days after infection, which is of great significance for prognosis and targeted treatment.

SARS-CoV-2 / Respiratory Syncytial Virus / Influenza A Virus/Influenza B Virus /Lyophilized Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

SARS-CoV-2 / Respiratory Syncytial Virus / Influenza A Virus/Influenza B Virus /Lyophilized Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

SARS-CoV-2 / Respiratory Syncytial Virus / Influenza A Virus / Influenza B Virus Lyophilized Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR) is used for the qualitative detection of the SARS-CoV-2, Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), Influenza A Virus (Flu A) and Influenza B Virus (Flu B) nucleic acid in specimens of nasopharyngeal swabs from suspected cases.

Respiratory Syncytial Virus / Adenovirus / Parainfluenza Virus Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

Respiratory Syncytial Virus / Adenovirus / Parainfluenza Virus Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) is a single-stranded RNA virus, spherical in shape, with particles 120-200 nm in size. It has one serotype, divided into subtypes A and B, and is a major cause of acute respiratory infections in children, transmitted via droplets and close contact. Adenovirus (ADV) is a double-stranded DNA virus, with icosahedral symmetry and particles measuring 60-90 nm. It can be divided into seven subgroups (A-G), with subgroups B, C, and E causing respiratory tract infections, presenting symptoms like fever, cough, and nasal congestion. Parainfluenza Virus (PIV) is a single-stranded RNA virus, spherical, 125-250 nm in diameter. It has four subtypes, with types 1, 2, and 3 causing respiratory infections in children and adults. Types 1 and 3 are particularly associated with outbreaks.

SARS-CoV-2 / Respiratory Syncytial Virus /Influenza A Virus /Influenza B Virus Nucleic Acid Multiple Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

SARS-CoV-2 / Respiratory Syncytial Virus /Influenza A Virus /Influenza B Virus Nucleic Acid Multiple Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

Respiratory infection is one of the most common diseases, with adolescents and adults being infected about 2-4 times a year, and children being infected about 6-8 times a year. It is usually accompanied by acute inflammation of the nasal cavity, pharynx, or throat, with most infections being viral, except for a few bacterial infections. SARS-CoV-2 Virus, Respiratory Syncytial Virus, Influenza A Virus and Influenza B Virus have strong transmission power. Epidemiological and clinical symptoms are very similar. Double transmission increases the difficulty of epidemic prevention and control. Therefore, it is an important guarantee for people's health to carry out the detection of COVID-19, influenza virus and other pathogens, do a good job in differential diagnosis, and take targeted prevention and control measures in time.

SARS-CoV-2/Influenza A Virus/Influenza B Virus Nucleic Acid Multiple Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

SARS-CoV-2/Influenza A Virus/Influenza B Virus Nucleic Acid Multiple Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

This product selects the ORFlab and N gene ((FAM)) regions of SARS-CoV-2 the specific regions of Influenza A Virus (HEX) and Influenza B Virus (ROX) and designs four sets of primers and fluorescent probes that cover four sites of the genes. The four sets of primers and probes can specifically bind to the target sequences. When the RT-PCR amplification reaction is performed, the fluorescent signal (s) can be detected by a full-automatic fluorescent PCR detector to realize real-time online monitoring of the RT-PCR reaction. In order to control the entire extraction and detection process, human gene (Cy5) was act as a non-competitive internal control during the extraction and detection process.
