The system contains droplet generator, PCR system and microchip reader , the generator partitions samples into 25000-32000droplets, after PCR, the readers detect different fluorescence signal of each droplet, According to specialized software and algorithms, the template concentration can be calculated.

Droplet Chip Digital PCR Analysis System is a six-color digital PCR platform for highly accurate and ultrasensitive absolute nucleic acid quantification without the need for standard curves. The system comprises a MicroDrop Generator, dPCR Thermal Cycler, MicroChip Reader, dedicated Reading Software, and Analysis Software, providing a complete end-to-end digital PCR workflow. Featuring patented centrifugal microdroplet generation technology, it partitions each sample into 25,000–32,000 highly uniform droplets with virtually no dead volume, maximizing sample utilization and quantification accuracy. With a throughput of up to 16 samples per run, the system integrates precise thermal cycling, high-resolution fluorescence imaging, and intelligent Poisson-based data analysis to deliver exceptional sensitivity, accuracy, and reproducibility across a broad range of molecular applications.
