It can be directly used for various downstream applications, including fluorescence quantitative PCR, gene sequencing (such as tumor-targeted drug detection), and Northern hybridization. The kit utilizes a non-toxic and odorless dewaxing solution, eliminating potential harm to laboratory personnel during the experimental process. With a unique lysis solution formula and magnetic bead purification technology, the kit enhances nucleic acid capabilities, ensuring simplicity in operation and short processing time.

Application Cases

FFPE tissue samples from 4 tumor patients were collected, and 2 sections were taken from each sample. Genomic DNA was purified with the MagaBio FFPE Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Kit, and the concentration and purity of extracted products were detected by NanoDrop test. The test results are as follows:
