The MagaBio FFPE Tissue Genomic DNA Purification Kit is designed for the extraction and purification of genomic DNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples. The kit combines a non-toxic deparaffinization solution with magnetic bead-based purification technology to deliver high-quality DNA suitable for downstream molecular applications.
Prepacked reagents and compatibility with automated nucleic acid purification systems help simplify laboratory workflows and enable efficient processing of FFPE samples.

Application Cases
FFPE tissue samples from 4 tumor patients were collected, and 2 sections were taken from each sample. Genomic DNA was purified with the MagaBio FFPE Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Kit, and the concentration and purity of extracted products were detected by NanoDrop test. The test results are as follows:
