MagaBio Plus virus DNA/RNA Purification kit III compared to the previous two generations, this product uses a unique lysis system to rapidly lyse the virus, combined with a new magnetic bead technology for the purification of nucleic acids. The sample types cover tissue, feces, whole blood, serum, plasma, body fluid samples and swabs, which are more common and do not require protease K. 96 samples can be easily extracted in only 15 minutes. The purified nucleic acid can be used for detection of NGS, qPCR, etc.

Product Description

Viral capsids / envelops (or other protection structures) in biological samplesare lysed by the lysing buffer to release viral nucleic acid. Then the viral nucleic acids are captured by the magnetic beads in the MagaBio reagent. While viral nucleic acids are mains absorbed to the magnetic beads contaminants are efficiently washed away through a sequence of wash steps with Wash buffer l, and then Wash buffer II. Finally, pure viral nucleic acids are eluted in Elution buffer.

Application Field

MagaBio plus Virus DNA /RNA Purification Kit Ⅲ is used for extraction and purification of viral nucleic acid from human biological specimens. The purified viral nucleic acid is suitable for clinical in vitro testing or use in amplification-based in vitro diagnostic assays.

Storage Conditions

It is highly recommended to process the specimen as soon as possible after collection, If delayed processing is expected, the specimens should be stored by conventional methods or at -70°C or lower. Specimens should not be frozen and thawed frequently.
