Avian Influenza Virus H5/H7/H9 Subtype Lyophilized Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)
Details
Product Description
In this kit, RNA viruses synthesize cDNA strands using RNA as templates under the action of reverse transcriptase.Qualitative detection of Avian influenza virus H5/H7/H9 subtype by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) combined with Taqman fluorescence probe technique under the action of polymerase.
Product Features
Sample Type
Applicable to animal plasma, serum, swabs, tissues, and virus culture samples.
High Sensitivity and Specificity
The detection limit can reach 200 copies/mL. The kit can effectively distinguish H5, H7, and H9 subtypes, with no cross-reaction with common related pathogens such as H1N1, H3N2, Newcastle disease virus, infectious bursal disease virus, avian infectious bronchitis virus, avian infectious laryngotracheitis virus, Marek’s disease virus, or chicken genomic DNA.
Good Stability
The kit is supplied in a lyophilized format, helping protect active components such as enzymes at ambient temperature. It supports room-temperature transportation and helps reduce performance loss caused by temperature fluctuations.
Simple Workflow and Fast Results
The lyophilized reagent requires no complex preparation. After reconstitution, samples can be added directly for testing, and results can be obtained within 1 hour.
Application Field
The Avian Influenza Virus H5/H7/H9 Subtype Lyophilized Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is used in veterinary and poultry disease research for the detection and surveillance of avian influenza virus subtypes. It supports outbreak monitoring, epidemiological studies, and prevention research in poultry populations.
Application Cases
104 copies/mL of avian influenza H5N1, H7N9, and H9N2 positive samples were repeat 10 times using the avian influenza virus H5/H7/H9 subtype Lyophilized nucleic acid detection kit (fluorescence PCR method). After statistical analysis, it was found that the co-efficient of variation (CV) of Ct values for each subtype detection result was less than 1%, indicating that the precision of the kit was good and the experimental results were reliable.

Storage Conditions
1. The unopened kit should be stored at -25℃~8℃ away from light.
2. The kit can be stored for up to 12 months if all components are kept in the manner above.
3. Don’t open aluminum pouch unless you are ready to use the kit.
4. The lyophilized reagents reconstituted with water should be stored at -25℃~-15℃ away from light for up to 1 week. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw (no more than 2 times).
5. The kit can be transported at up to 37℃ for no more than 1 month.
