BioRT One-step RT-qPCR Kit V is designed for one-step real-time RT-qPCR applications, integrating reverse transcription and PCR amplification in a single reaction. The kit contains 5× One-step RT Mix V, enabling higher template input volume to improve detection sensitivity, especially for low-copy RNA targets.
The optimized enzyme system combines high-efficiency reverse transcriptase with antibody-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, delivering enhanced sensitivity and specificity. The built-in heat-labile UDG system effectively prevents carryover contamination by degrading residual PCR products, ensuring reliable and reproducible results.

Storage Conditions
1. The kit should be transported in foam box sealed with ice bags or dry ice at 2-8℃ or lower.

3. Validity period: 12 months, please use within the validity period.
