Product Description
The reagent is designed as a ready-to-use, lyophilizable solution for detection and quantitation of target RNA sequences using hydrolysis probes. This pre-mixed formulation can be flexibly applied to single-target or multiplex RT-qPCR by adding primers, probes and templates. This product contain optimized buffer, Mg2+, dNTPs, hot-start quick Taq DNA polymerase, reverse transcriptase, lyophilized protectants and excipients. Hot-start Taq DNA polymerase and stabilizers result in high amplification efficiency and low non-specific amplification. This product does not contain ROX reference dyes. The reagent is used for lyophilized products which show good lyophilized appearance, reconstitution and stability.

Application Cases
Experimental Comparison and Validation of BioEasy 2 × RT qPCR Master Mix (Lyophilizable) and supplier A brand premix were used to test the detection performance of novel coronavirus genes (ORF1ab and N genes). The test samples were the products extracted from novel coronavirus culture, and were diluted with 10 times concentration gradient respectively. The test results are shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 and Table 1.
Results: The results demonstrate that BioEasy 2×RT-qPCR Master Mix (Lyophilizable) as a lyophilized reagent exhibits significantly better detection performance compared to Brand A.
Storage Conditions
1. The kit should be transported in foam box sealed with ice bags or dry ice at 2-8℃ or lower.
2. Kit storage: Store in a -25~-15°C refrigerator away from light, and the repeated freezing and thawing should not exceed 7 times.
3. Validity period: 12 months, please use within the validity period.
