Product Description
BioEasy 5×qPCR Master Mix (Lyophilizable) is specially developed for the product freeze-drying process, and used for Fluorescence Quantitative PCR Reaction Using DNA as template. This product contains BioQuick Hot Start Taq glycerol-free antibody enzyme can effectively inhibit the non-specific amplification of primers at low temperature and improve the specificity of the amplification reaction. BioEasy 5×qPCR Master Mix (Lyophilizable) contains optimized buffer system, dNTPs and Mg2+, etc. It optimizes factors that can effectively improve the amplification efficiency of PCR reactions, and suitable for specific detection systems labeled with fluorescent probes.
