LAMP (Loop mediated isothermal amplification) is a rapid nucleic acid amplification technique. his kit is based on the LAMP principle and utilizes Bst DNA Polymerase and 2-3 pairs of specific primers to produce the target fragment through constant temperature amplification. This reagent kit contains 25X green fluorescent nucleic acid dye, which can be used to monitor the amount of increased production in real-time by detecting fluorescence signals.

LAMP （ Loop-mediated isothermal amplification ） reaction is a rapid nucleic acid amplification technique. Based on LAMP principle, the kit uses Bst DNA polymerase and 2-3 pairs of specific primers to generate target fragments. This kit contains 25 ×green fluorescence dye. The amplification products can be monitored in real-time by fluorescence signal.

Storage Conditions

1. The kit needs to be shipped refrigerated.

2. Kit storage: Store in a -20°C refrigerator away from light, and the repeated freezing and thawing should not more than 7 times.

3. Validity period: 12 months, please use within the validity period.
