BioQuick Taq DNA Polymerase V1
Details
Product Description
This product is a fast and inhibitor resistant DNA polymerase with a relative molecular weight of 94 kDa. According to enzyme reaction kinetics, it has been specially mutated by genetic engineering. It has a higher elongation rate (elongation rate of 2 seconds /1000bp) and stronger inhibitor resistance. It is especially suitable for rapid amplification of the samples with many inhibitors, which are difficult to be amplified by ordinary Taq enzyme, and can save time and cost. The PCR product amplified by this enzyme has an "A" base attached to its 3 'end, which is suitable for TA cloning. This enzyme has a strong 5'→3' exonuclease activity, which can be used for qualitative PCR and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.
Product Features
- Low Host gDNA Residue: Unique rTaq purification process, the level of host DNA residue is comparable to that of premium imported brands.
- Fast Amplification Speed: 2s/kb.
- Excellent Tolerance: Suitable for samples with a high presence of inhibitors, such as humic acid, NaCl, ethanol, isopropanol, and more.
Application Cases

Selecting samples with varying concentrations of humic acid, the comparison shows that BioQuick exhibits significantly better amplification performance than the competitor.

BioQuick Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase V1
This product is a novel antibody-coated hot-start enzyme developed by our company. The coated antibody rapidly deactivates at 95°C within 1 minute, allowing Taq enzyme to regain activity. This feature significantly improves the suppression of nonspecific reactions caused by primer mis-annealing or primer-dimers during the PCR system setup and amplification process, resulting in excellent performance in multiple amplifications.

BioReady rTaq
rTaq is a modified form of the Taq DNA polymerase enzyme that is commonly used in molecular biology applications, particularly in the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. The "r" in rTaq stands for "recombinant," indicating that it is produced using recombinant DNA technology. This modified enzyme exhibits improved stability at higher temperatures compared to the native Taq polymerase, allowing for more efficient DNA amplification in PCR reactions. rTaq is widely utilized in various research and diagnostic settings due to its robust performance, high fidelity, and versatility in amplifying target DNA sequences.

BioReady Taq Mix /BioReady Taq Mix(with dye)
BioReady Taq Mix is a novel pre-mixed PCR reaction solution that combines high-efficiency Taq enzyme with a special PCR enhancer, enabling efficient amplification of DNA templates from different species, types, and with varying GC content. Through the optimization of the enzyme and buffer, this reagent kit has improved sensitivity and exhibits strong tolerance to PCR inhibitors.
