Product Description
BioReady High-Fidelity PCR Mix is a ready-to-use 2× premix containing high-fidelity DNA polymerase, dNTPs, Mg²⁺, and an optimized buffer system. Only DNA template, primers, and nuclease-free water need to be added, enabling fast and convenient PCR setup. The high-fidelity polymerase provides both 5′→3′ DNA polymerase activity and 3′→5′ exonuclease proofreading activity, delivering high amplification yield, specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy. The mix offers excellent performance with crude DNA extracts and GC-rich targets, making it suitable for a wide range of demanding PCR applications. PCR products generated with this mix are blunt-ended and suitable for downstream cloning and molecular biology workflows.
