The Biospin FFPE Tissue RNA Extraction Kit provides a simple and reliable spin column-based method for isolating high-quality total RNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples. The optimized deparaffinization and lysis chemistry enables efficient paraffin removal, sample lysis, and RNA release. A safe and non-toxic deparaffinization solution provides a convenient alternative to traditional hazardous organic solvents. Combined with DNase I treatment and an efficient spin column purification system, the kit effectively removes genomic DNA and other impurities to deliver high-purity RNA. The streamlined workflow is suitable for FFPE sections, paraffin-embedded tissue blocks, and formalin-fixed tissue samples. The purified RNA is ready for a variety of downstream molecular biology research applications.
