The High Pathogenic PRRSV Real-Time RT-PCR Detection Kit is designed for qualitative detection of high pathogenic PRRSV RNA using fluorescent RT-PCR technology. The kit utilizes specific primers and fluorescent probes targeting the conserved gene region of HP-PRRSV, enabling real-time monitoring of amplification signals and reliable pathogen identification.

The kit is suitable for RNA detection from lung, lymph nodes, tonsils, brain tissue, and serum samples of pigs.

Storage Conditions

1. The kit needs to be transported under frozen conditions.

2. The kit should be stored at -25℃~ -15℃ away from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw more than 5 times.

3. The shelf life of the kit is 12 months under the above storage conditions. Please use the kit within the validity period.
