MagaBio FFPE Tissue RNA Purification Kit is designed for efficient extraction and purification of high-quality RNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. Powered by magnetic bead-based purification technology, the kit combines efficient dewaxing, optimized tissue lysis, and specific RNA capture to deliver reliable RNA recovery and high purity. The purified RNA is suitable for clinical in vitro testing and amplification-based in vitro diagnostic assays, including RT-PCR and qPCR, enabling reliable downstream molecular analysis.

Storage Conditions

1. DNase should be stored at -25℃ to -15℃, and other reagent components

should be stored at 2-30℃.

2. Do not use beyond the expiration date printed on the box.

3. DNase can be transported in a foam box sealed with ice bags or dry ice at 8℃ or below for no more than 7 days. The remaining components of the kit can be transported at room temperature.

4. The kit can be stored for up to 18 months if all components are kept under the conditions above. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles (no more than 3 times). All reagents are for single use only and must not be reused.
