Automated Magnetic Bead Method

This kit uses unique lysis buffer and grinding tube (including special grinding beads) to simultaneously isolate DNA/RNA from pathogens by magnetic bead. The magnetic bead particles that bind the nucleic acid are captured by the magnetic beads, and the contaminants are removed through multiple washing processes. The high-quality nucleic acid purified by this kit can be directly used to various downstream molecular test, such as qPCR / RT-PCR, SNP, NGS, etc.
