The purified DNA obtained with this kit is applicable for various routine procedures, including restriction digestion, PCR, quantitative fluorescent PCR, Southern blotting, chip detection, and third-generation sequencing experiments.

Product Description

The kit provides a very simple, fast and cost effective technique to isolate high quality DNA. Using one simple protocol, high yield of purified DNA can be isolated from whole blood. MagaBio sample processing is based on proprietary magnetizable particles--MagaBio Reagent. The pure DNA can be applied extensively in PCR, Real-time PCR, sequencing, southern hybridization, mutant analysis, SNP and the others.

Application Cases

Four fresh anticoagulated human whole blood samples were taken as test samples, with each sample being 2.5 mL. The Kit was used to extract genomic DNA from the fresh anticoagulated whole blood samples. The testing results were then assessed using NanoDrop, Qubit. The results are as follows:

Storage Conditions

1. The kit should be stored at 2°C -25°C for the duration of the shelf life

2. Do not use beyond the expiration date printed on the box.

3. The kit can be transported at room temperature.

4. The kit can be stored for up to 12 months if all components are kept on the conditions above.
