Product Description
Nucleic acid in serum, plasma, swabs is released by using Lysis Buffer. Released virus RNA is bound exclusively and specifically to the Magnetic beads. The virus RNA bound to magnetic particles is captured by magnetic material; contaminants are removed by washing with Wash Buffer. The nucleic acid is then eluted from the particles with an Elution Buffer.

Storage Conditions
1. The kit should be stored at 2°C -25°C for the duration of the shelf life.
2. Do not use beyond the expiration date printed on the box.
3. The kit can be transported at room temperature.
4. The kit can be stored for up to 12 months if all components are kept on the conditions above.
