pCaMV35S Gene Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)

The Cauliflower mosaic virus (CaMV) 35S promoter is one of the most widely used promoters in genetic engineering and is present in various commercialized transgenic crops such as crops, corn, cotton, rapeseed, and tomatoes.

Details

Product Description

This kit refers to the national standard to select the conserved region of the pCaMV35S gene sequence, and designs and synthesizes specific primers and a fluorescence-labeled Taqman probe. Compared to conventional PCR, this method offers higher automation, speed, sensitivity, and specificity. Additionally, the kit optimizes the reaction buffer system and the hot-start DNA polymerase, promoting efficient template amplification and reducing PCR run time. Furthermore, the product incorporates a dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system, effectively preventing the risk of aerosol contamination from amplified products. The aim is to establish a rapid fluorescent quantitative PCR detection method for the soybean Lectin endogenous gene.
