Sample Preservative Fluid (SPF) is designed for the collection, transport, and preservation of clinical specimens intended for nucleic acid-based testing. Formulated with nucleic acid stabilization components and DNase/RNase inhibitors, the medium preserves viral nucleic acids while enabling ambient-temperature storage and transportation. Unlike conventional viral transport media, Sample Preservative Fluid is optimized for molecular diagnostics and long-term nucleic acid preservation rather than viral culture applications.
